Scope
This policy covers stratosphere.io, operated by Stratosphere Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It applies to the public website only, not to information handled under a signed client agreement, which is governed by that agreement's own data terms.
Information We Collect
When you submit the Get in Touch form, we collect the fields you provide: name, work email, company, role, website, a description of your decision or problem, your current or potential Databricks usage, and, if you choose to share them, a timeline and budget range.
We also collect standard technical and usage information through website analytics, such as pages visited and referring source.
How We Use Information
We use form submissions to review your inquiry, respond to it, and determine fit for an engagement. We use aggregate analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell the information you submit.
Marketing Consent
Any marketing consent we ask for is separate from responding to your inquiry and is optional and unchecked by default. Declining marketing consent does not affect our review of your submission.
Service Providers
We rely on third-party providers to operate the site and process inquiries, including hosting (Cloudflare and/or Netlify), forms and CRM (Pipedrive), website analytics (Rybbit and Google Analytics), and, where applicable, email delivery (Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, or Mailchimp) and advertising measurement pixels (Google, Microsoft, Meta, and Simpli.fi). Our vendor list may change as our tooling evolves.
What Not to Submit
Please don't submit protected health information, confidential datasets, credentials, or other sensitive data through the general contact form. If a project requires exchanging sensitive information, we will set up an appropriate, agreed channel as part of a signed engagement.
Retention and Deletion
We retain submitted information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and meet legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs. You can request access to or deletion of your information at any time.
